Project Management gets serious in Fenland District Council

Fenland District Council has significantly improved their Project Management capability over a period of  eight months.

Under Vaults Ltd has worked with Fenland District on developing their Project Management capability since June 2005. 

Tangible improvements have been made in all four areas, ie business, customer, finance and staff development as shown on the Balanced Scorecard.

This is making a noticable positive impact on the Use of Resources and how efficiently the Council manages their projects.

Under Vaults Ltd have worked closely with the Council and have been extremely impressed by the commitment to improve services through new ways of working.
