My Tender and Optimum Interventions join forces
Never before have managers and leaders had access to the volume and quality of information as we have today. Yet too often we find ourselves overwhelmed, not only by the quantity of the information, but also the difficulty of turning it into the sort helpful knowledge that will impact positively on our strategies and operational practices.
Optimum Interventions specialises in working with individual executives, their teams and whole organisations to help them create opportunities to reflect and think, analyse and learn and then improve those strategies and practices. We do this through one-to-one executive coaching, facilitating action learning sets, carrying out team development work and creating whole system interventions. We are ethical service providers who can tailor the intervention to suit the environment.
We have excellent connections with a range of specialist organisational development service providers and My Tender is one of these. My Tender has been developed using the sort of high quality reflection on practice and experience that we promote. We see My Tender as an excellent example of how technology applied to everyday yet important organisational tasks in a smart way can assist managers and leaders to achieve better performance. We are pleased to be associated with the My Tender team.
